SovfHub is a private digital Institution governed by the Sovfren Society.
We respect the privacy of every Companion and believe that information entrusted to SovfHub should be handled responsibly, confidentially and in good conscience.
Information We Hold
When you use SovfHub, we may hold information you choose to provide, including:
your name, email and profile information;
posts, messages, media and other content;
marketplace or transaction information; and
technical information required for security and operation of SovfHub.
We only seek to collect information reasonably required to provide and protect SovfHub and its services.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
operate and maintain your Companion account;
provide SovfHub features and services;
enable communication between Companions;
process transactions;
maintain security and prevent misuse;
provide support; and
improve the Institution and its services.
Private Communications
Private messages and communications are intended to remain private.
Administrative access shall be limited to circumstances reasonably necessary for security, technical support, investigating misuse, preventing harm or protecting the Institution and its Companions.
Sharing Information
SovfHub does not sell or rent Companion information.
Information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate SovfHub, such as hosting, email, security or payment providers.
Private information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm, protect the Institution or its Companions, or where SovfHub determines that disclosure is lawfully required.
Security & Retention
SovfHub takes reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Information shall only be retained for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it is held, including legitimate security, transaction and institutional record-keeping requirements.
Your Information
Companions may contact SovfHub to request access to, correction of, or where appropriate deletion of information associated with their account.
A Companion may close their SovfHub account at any time, subject to any information that reasonably needs to be retained for security, transactions or institutional records.
Cookies
SovfHub may use cookies and similar technologies necessary to maintain sessions, remember preferences, provide security and operate the Platform.
